After you've chosen your fabric then cull all pieces as follows:
Back cover and inside background cut 14"x 25" 
Pockets 8"x 25" sew a half inch hem at top of pocket
Cut batting 13 1/2" x 24 1/2"
Cut 2 pcs. of cardboard 8 1/2"x10"
Strap for closure cut fabric 2"x 20"
Cut 1" elastic 10"
